SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: MacMillan - Coal Tower - shack vault cannot be used

PLATFORM: Xbox Series X

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I tried four times while in chase and it wouldn't let me even standing still

    Additionally this was on Survivor. I'm aware Vaults can be blocked, this wasnt the case here
