A demonic and merciless Killer, able to use his Blood Demon Art to slice through Survivors and inflict rapid damage.
His personal perks, Transparent World, Dark Presence and Scourge Hook: Mourning Blade allow him to keep his eyes on Survivors while punishing Survivors who stun him.
Power: Blood Demon Art
Kokushibo has always been a lethal combatant, but his powers as a demon escalate his power to incomprehensible levels.
When you hold the Primary Ability Button for 6s, The Demon can use Breath Of The Moon to dash forwards at a turn rate of 1.6°/s and a speed of 9mps. Any Survivors hit by this attack are given the Deep Wound effect, lose a health state, and if are not in the Dying state, inflicted with the new Blood Moon status effect.
Additionally, if The Demon comes into contact with a pallet while using Breath Of The Moon, the pallet breaks and The Demon can continue at 90% of the initial speed of his dash. The dash only stops when he either hits a Survivor and does a wipe animation, or when he hits a solid object. The Demon can also destroy pallets that have not yet been used. This skill has a 60s cooldown.
Blood Moon - The Special Effect for The Demon
While afflicted by Blood Moon, the Survivor is affected by the following:
The Killer gains Bloodlust from chasing the Survivor 30% quicker.
The Killer can see your Aura in purple for 10s after you're affected by Blood Moon.
Your speed is increased to 4.2mps.
You have 30% smaller skill check zones.
Blood Moon can be removed by either entering the Dying state (By any means) or by healing back to the Healthy state. This removes all effects of Blood Moon.

When a Survivor is within 8/12/16m of you, if they vault a pallet or a vaulting location, you see their aura for 2s.

Scourge Hook - Mourning Blade:
Any who stand against you fail to even scratch you, and surrender their lives as forfeit.
At the beginning of the match, 4 randomly selected hooks are selected as Scourge Hooks. You see their auras in white. When a Survivor is hooked on a Scourge Hook, gain one token, up to 8/9/10. For every token you gain, Survivors who pallet stun you are Oblivious and Exposed for 1s.

Backstory:
Michikatsu Tsugikuni was the older twin of two. His younger brother, Yoriichi, exceeded in the art of the blade rapidly. While Michikatsu also showed exceptional skill, it paled in comparison to his brother's might. While his brother rapidly developed and matured with his bladework by the day, a deep-seated resentment took root in Michikatsu. To become better and stronger than his foolish brother.
Eventually, Michikatsu and Yoriichi discovered the existance of the Demon King, Muzan, who was devastating the world and creating demons to serve his will. They discovered the Demon Slayer Corps, who were devoted to learning and defeating these demons. Soon after joining, Yoriichi developed the art of Sun Breathing, a powerful technique which allowed him to use breathing techniques and engrained human power to better eradicate these demons. Filled with a deep resentment for yet another exceptional development, Michikatsu developed his own form of breathing. Moon Breathing, which, instead of his brother's replication of the sun, replicated the erratic and powerful nature of the moon.
However, he still found himself weaker than Yoriichi. Every night, he was plagued by darkness. An overwhelming wave of jealousy at his brother's power. They then discovered the Demon Slayer Mark, a power that unlocked even more restricted power within the human body. When Michikatsu and Yoriichi unlocked this power, they discovered those who uncovered this power died by the age of 25.
Michikatsu was outraged. He could not die like this! He could not die without first surpassing his insolent brother. And so, he abandoned his family, his life and his past to seek out the Demon King and become a demon.
He became Kokushibo. A six-eyed demon who used his demonic power to master the blade.
60 years later, Kokushibo confronted his brother, who was elderly. He was enraged. How dare he survive the curse! Why must he surpass him at every turn. His brother stood in front of him, decrepid and old, as if he may keel at any moment. Kokushibo attacked, and within seconds, it was done.
Kokushibo was cut, Yoriichi stood over him menacingly. How had he still beaten him? He was far superior, he was a demon, he had mastered the blade and surpassed human power, how could his insolent brother still outclass him. He stared in shock, as his brother smiled, and collapsed. Dying in front of him, not by his blade, but by his own will. He was enraged. How dare he deny him his final victory. He cleaved Yoriichi's body in rage, but cut through a small, wooden flute that was kept in his haori.
Michikatsu's flute from when the two were young. Yoriichi still loved Kokushibo, even after all this time. Half of Kokushibo wanted to mourn his younger brother, wanting to love him for the final time. But the other half wanted to rip him apart, knowing he'd never die an honourable death.
Kokushibo rose the ranks of the 12 Kizuki rapidly, the Demon King's strongest each kneeling to Muzan's new strongest demon. Upper Moon 1.
And yet, after many centuries, Kokushibo was incomplete. His brother was not dead. He would never be content.
But, one day, Muzan decided to eradicate the Demon Slayer Corps. He ordered each of the Upper Moons to hunt the Slayers down in his castle, the Infinity Castle. Kokushibo came face-to-face with a younger Slayer, who moved with elegance and power he recognised. Mist and fog engulfed the area, and the Slayer as he moved. Mist Breathing, he noted. Alas, it was his descendant from centuries ago. He decided, instead of allowing his bloodline die out, he would allow this descendant to come with him to become a demon. As he moved towards the Demon King, he noticed a dark Fog surround the two. Was this another trick of the Demon Slayer? Or was it another power, far darker?
However, one thing was assured. This would give him power. A power that his insolent brother could've never dreamed of. He continued his descent into the Fog, his descendant still on his shoulder, as he approached a wooden hook.

While using Breath Of The Moon's Dash, you gain Killer Instinct on any Survivors within 8m of a completed Generator.
Rare - Broken Biwa
"A biwa played by an especially tolerable lady."
Whenever you hit a Survivor with Breath Of The Moon's Dash, gain 1 token, up to 5. Every time you damage a Generator, you use up a token and you block all vault locations within 16m of the Generator.
Rare - Wooden Tomoe
"A tomoe drum, glistening with blood. Refreshing."
You can turn at a 30% faster rate than usual.
Very Rare - Compass Needle
"The needle to a compass. It glows an eerie blue."
When the Exit Gates open, you can see the aura of exit gate switches that have been progressed in blue.
Very Rare - Buddha Statue

Survivors that were put into the Dying state during your Breath Of The Moon's Dash cannot crawl.
Very Rare - Mist-Cloaked Sword

When you hit a Survivor with Breath Of The Moon's Dash, they are immediately put into the Dying state regardless.
You have a 50% slower turn rate than usual.
Iridescent - Blue Spider Lily

Being flashlight-stunned causes that Survivor to become Exposed for the next 7s after the stun.

Setting - Main Building is the Lotus Garden, which has pillars that support pallets. You cannot enter the water. Shinobu's cloak can be found floating in the water, and her sword can be found stabbed through Douma, who is pinned to a wall. If you walk past Douma, he goes to move, but the blade shudders and he goes limp again.
The rest is a network of both tight corridors and larger rooms. Shack features Akaza's Compass Needle written on the floor in blood.
You can find Muichiro's sword during the endgame collapse. It materialises stabbed into the wall of one of the exit gates.
