Ghoul marking survivors freezes the survivor for more than 1 second

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

In a previous Dev stream, it was stated that marking a survivor is only supposed to cause them to freeze for 1 second, and that it was actually causing them to freeze for 2 seconds. Now, survivors are frozen for 3 seconds.

PLATFORM: All

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

  1. Chase a survivor as Ghoul and attempt to mark them.
  2. The survivor will be frozen and unable to do anything for 3 seconds.

VIDEO: If needed, it would take 2 days to provide.
