High ping after update

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: After dbd's anniversary update, i have encountered significant negative impact on gameplay with higher ping.

PLATFORM: Steam, PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I downloaded the update and there it is. Higher ping, even if i have 250mbit/s down/- upload speed, 1.83 ms response time on testing.
