Is anyone having trouble with "Complete 20 Twisted Masquerade Quest(s)"?

I logged on last night and had 18/20 completed. I finished two more quests during that play session and progress never moved from 18/20. In fact, in the Twisted Masquerade header on the left, it says 20/24 have been completed. Logged on tonight and it still hasn't moved. Is this bugged for anyone else or am I just unlucky?

    I'm having the same problem as well i was 19/20 and i recently completed an anniversary quest today and it didn't complete this one.
