What's up with survivors working with killers?

I'm not tryna be salty or nothing but, in the 35 hours I have of playing survivor I keep seeing this happen. One time it literally happened back to back. It's just annoying that some survivors can't take an L like yeah, I'm upset to but I would never rat my fellow survivor out. On the other hand why do killers allow this to go on. Maybe it's me but if I was a killer main and a survivor tries to rat out their teammates whereabouts I would directly target them and let everyone else free. What are your thoughts on the matter I would love to hear how some of you handle this situation?

    I'm of a similar opinion. I main survivor, but I do play killer decently often. If I ever have a survivor rat out their teammate, that survivor dies, whoever got ratted out gets hatch. We all love a friendly killer now and then, but snitching on your teammates? Sleazy as hell.
