Are there any plans to adress genrushing?

Since the healing got buffed and survivors are getting new amounts of buffs, the genrushing is something that wasn"t really adressed + the fact that are plans on nerfing killers even more in the upcoming changes to anti slugging etc. And playing as a killer is getting really frustrating. So is there something that you could do?
