Bloodweb frozen cannot progress

I physically cannot progress my Ace bloodweb. He is p100 lvl 50 and when I click on the last item needed… it won’t buy it and even worse, when I use the new mass bp spend feature… it freezes my game and I have to forcibly close it. I’ve submitted 2 tickets with no reply yet and I mafe a bug report which was declined as it’s an “account issue”. Really hoping someone else has had this issue and can provide any insight as I’ve now missed the entire event and have gotten no items or cakes.
