Movement bug

hello!! I’ve been playing dbd on the switch for like a year now, I have about 1500 hours, and this has never happened to me before. But lately every single time I load into a match as a survivor, throughout the whole match I’ll run and suddenly I’ll just stand in place, and then I’ll start running again. I even tried changing controllers bc I thought my controller was bugging, but it’s still happening. I do have pretty choppy internet, but again this has never happened to me before 😭 it’s making the game unplayable idk what to dooo
