Masquerade quests bugged?

I haven't had much time to play during the masquerade. Trying to knock out some of the quests, but there is one that seems bugged for me when I play killer. No matter how many times I press to endure a stun during a chase, it will not progress the quest. It's only this one. Anyone else having this issue?
