Why cant we stalk in tier 2 myers?
Also, why is there an animation slowdown when getting t3. I hope i am mistaken but he feels slower for a few seconds one you hit T3. This literally gives survivors chances to get vaults/pallets.

this is correct yes. and imo does need some tweaking (also when mori'ing a survivor the t3 timer should pause)
