Killer suggestion : The Governor from TWD and his abilities + perks
The Governor is a killer relying on darkness and sneaky attacks to surprise and keep survivors
on high alert throughout the match.
Terror radius : 24 meters
Speed : 4.6 m/s
The Governor abilities :
Ability 1 : Chamber of despair : Enter in a "chamber of despair " to fill up your insanity bar by watching the watertanks
full of zombie heads and interacting with the sofa in front of it to trigger an animation and start filling up the insanity bar.
When the insanity bar is completely filled , exit the chamber ( can use chambers to improve mobility and exit by any three chambers on the map )
and select a "path of darkness" to make the selected area completely deprived of light ( like the Lights out event ) which the Governor can travel through.
When moving inside of it , it will completely remove his terror radius and the path will disappear after entering a new "chamber of despair "
in order to place a new " path of darkness". Three chambers will spawn on the map and once the Governor exists one after filling up the bar, the chamber will disappear.
(The chamber will stay if the Governor didn't filled up his insanity bar and only used the chamber for mobility )
Ability 2 : "Liar" : The Governor whistles which will trigger a difficult skillcheck to any nearby survivors when they are healing or repairing a gen.
If a survivor misses a skillcheck , he/she will get the Governor's terror radius transferred to him/her for 20 seconds while also suffering
from the oblivious state until they get hit by the Governor.
The ability goes on cooldown for 45 seconds.
Ability 3 : " Too far gone " : When unseen and next to a gen , the Governor can toggle his third ability
to trigger a false repair animation ( similar to the regular survivor animation ) .
While it's happening , his terror radius is gone and any survivor would have his HUD giving the impression the furthest survivor
away from him/her was working on a gen , they would also hear the usual sound of a gen beeing worked on when close to it.
The best combo would be to put a "path of darkness" where a gen is to get maximum value out of it and ensure the element of surprise.

Perk 1 : "Fits of insanity" : When the killer hooks every survivor once, this perk activates for 30 seconds,
allowing the killer to remove a pallet of his choice (except shack pallet), the perk deactivates after 40 seconds.
The perk would trigger again after hooking every survivor twice and would be deactivated completely.
The killer would have to stand infront of a pallet and it would trigger an animation to break it.
Perk 2 : " Retribution " : Any survivor who stuns you will have any great skill checks turned into failed skill checks
The survivor will suffer from the following effect until he is hooked which will disable the perk. (Can be used once per survivor)
Perk 3 : Hex " The Devil beside you " : Everytime a survivor misses a skill check, the Killer gains 1 token
( Up to 12 tokens ) . When 4 gens are done, the Killer can use a token to block a window permanently
by standing in front of it and press a key. The hex totem would appear when last gen is done and
windows would be blocked ONLY at this moment.So you can actively prepare to block a window before the totem appears and plain ahead.
