New Character Suggestion

I have a suggestion for a killer / Series collab.
Dexter as in Dexter Morgan from Showtime series - with the new show gaining popularity again, i was wondering if there was a chance to get a killer colab going here.
Dexter could be a great killer - both stalker type but also butcher type. With the OG melody as his terror radius and his iconic kill room as the Mori Kill.
His special perk or maybe ability would be something with the blood spatter on the ground - maybe some form of aura reading ability and also being able to one hit (use his needle with M99) a survivor after stalking them. Ofc this would mean that dexter has a stalker stance (like ghostface) and a normal terror radius stance like other killers.
Hope this will reach the right creative person :)
