Missing Vault Prompt on Dead Dog Saloon

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: the vault prompt is missing on the window vault up the stairs next to the shack, on this map. This is the solo staircase up to the only vault no hole, so its a bit of a instakill.

PLATFORM: PS5

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Checked after if it was just a small dead space but ni matter where i was the vault was not there. I did eat the new fungus item before going upstairs but i think that may be unrelated

    I think there is possibly more than one vault point that does not show as a vault prompt. Im not sure if it’s random vaults up the stairs around buildings but I have come across the same issue with different locations on the map, always upstairs of a smaller structure. I just had a Micheal Myers pin 2 of us up after I healed a downed person, neither of us could vault so we were both downed up there.
