SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: the Animatronic fire axe is broken when stuck on survivor.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: When The Animatronic hit the survivor with the fire axe, some time the fire axe became broken.
