Dissolution Inconsistent

Don't know if it's just me, but dissolution has been really inconsistent lately, where it will occasionally not work when it says it's active.

PLATFORM: Ps5

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I will hit a survivor and while it is active it occasionally doesn't proc and break the pallet when the survivor vaults
