Why can't chucky have scamper but krasue can

Now I know Krause's vault speed was increased to 2 seconds when vaulting over a pallet and window but this makes no sense why was Chucky's scamper such a big deal but when a new killer get's a similar ability it's not a problem Now I know chucky scamper was 1.4 seconds and now Krause's is 2 seconds but it makes no sense that chucky can't have a fun mechanic and chucky mains hoping that it will come back behaviour please try to bring back scamper and just make chucky mains happy I'm also a chucky main also it would make people that left chucky enjoy him again and here is for both of the killers to balanced and also we need to come to the people that main the killer and get their feedback first and I have some ideas for other killers as well.

The good guy base kit

Increase Hide-Ho cooldown to 13 (was 12) Nerf

Increase slice and dice speed to 9.5 m/s (was 8) Buff

Increase scamper dash speed to 1.1 seconds (was 1) Nerf

Scamper can be done without performing a slice and dice but when performing a scamper through a pallet (manually) he will exit his power and it will go on cooldown (does not effect window scampers) Buff and Nerf

Scamper speed 1.6 seconds Nerf

The good guy Add-ons

Hard hat, same effect

Increase your scamper speed to 1.8 seconds but you don't exit your power when performing a scamper though a pallet

Iridescent amulet ,increase Hide-Ho duration to 100% (was 50%)

When in Hide-Ho mode you can see the auras of gens and there regression

Mirror shards, same effect

When a survivor steps over your footfalls they scream and there aura is revealed for 3 seconds

Pile of Nails, when manually exiting Hide-Ho mode your undetectable for 6 seconds (was 3)

Removes your laugh effect when manually exiting Hide-Ho mode

Plastic Bag, rework

When hitting a survivor with a slice and dice attack they become exhausted for 25 seconds (was 15)

Power drill, rework

When slice and dicing into a window or pallet and hitting a survivor your Hide-Ho cooldown reduces by 10%

The Krause base kit

When a survivor is leached and when eating a mushroom the leach goes away in 4 seconds (was 20) Nerf

When a survivor is hooked when there leached the leaches go away as soon as a survivor is hooked Nerf

The Krause Add-ons

Chicken head, same effect

only 2 survivors are leached at the start of the trial (was 4)

The Demogorgon base kit

Increase being undetectable when coming out of a portal to 12 seconds (was 3)

Increase dash lung by 5 meters

Reduce recovery speed after missing his dash by 7%

The Demogorgon Add-ons

Lifeguard whistle, rework

Increase dash lung by 10 meters

The Shape base kit

Increase lung attack by 10%

Increase the evil incarnate cooldown to 50 seconds (was 40)

The Shape Add-ons

fragment tuff of hair, same effect

Old Myers animation when popping evil incarnate

    Even kaneki and vecna and dracula have scamper. They have no reason to not bring it back for chucky and then adjust the numbers to be fair like the others.

    I think in October or November would be a good time for chucky's scamper to return
