Twins Swapping Bug

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
When playing Twins, swapping from Victor to Charolette will randomly cause a "ghost" bug. You can't see Charolette's weapon, but can still down players. You cannot pick up players or interact with anything (breaking pallets, relighting totems, anything). Swapping to Victor does not fix the problem.
Was running a full hex build and a totem got cleansed as I downed a survivor as Victor (shown in video). You can briefly see a few frames where Charolette is in a t-pose position when swapping back to Victor around 0:22.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Play Twins. Swap to Charolette. Randomly get a bug that won't let you do anything.
