1. Only bring back window scamper

Hide Ho cooldown still 12 seconds

Window scamper can be done without performing a slice and dice

Window scamper speed 1.3 seconds

scamper dash speed still 1 second

Slice and dice speed 10 m/s (was 8m/s)

2. Bringing back scamper but the hard hat effect

Hide Ho cooldown 13 seconds (was 12)

Slice and dice speed 9.5 m/s (was 8 m/s)

Scamper can be done without performing a slice and dice but performing a scamper through a pallet (manually) you exit your power and it goes on cooldown (doesn't effect window scampers)

Scamper speed 1.6 seconds (was 1.4)

Scamper dash speed 1.1 seconds (was 1)

3. Scamper into a slice and dice

Hide Ho cooldown still 12 seconds

Slice and dice speed 9 m/s (was 8 m/s)

Scamper can be performed without a charge up a slice and dice but when scampering through a pallet it automatically puts you in a slice and dice but when scampering a window you don't go into a slice and dice

Scamper time 1.4 seconds

Scamper dash time still 1 second

To be honest these are the only way bring manual scamper back base kit

I would make overall buff to killers that they can vault windows same speed as survivors and decrease the blocking from 3 vaults to 2. And allow evey killer to fast vault pallet. Base kit dissolution also seems fair and needed.
