Plague's pools allow people to ignore dying state and heal up

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
While survivor in injured state drinks from a pool, survivor can take damage going into dying state and still continue drinking. After that survivor becomes fully healed.

PLATFORM:
Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Survivor was drinking from a pool. I damaged survivor with Corrupt Purge and put a survivor into dying state. Still, survivor continue drinking and heal up to full hp.

    For the future, logs must be captured directly after the affected Trial. You quit the game and follow these steps:

    Windows Key + R to open the "Run" command.

    1. In the text box paste the following: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Logs
    2. Click "OK" - this will open your Dead by Daylight Logs folder.
      • If it does not open the Dead by Daylight Logs folder, it may mean that when installing Dead by Daylight you chose to save your files somewhere else and will need to check there.
    3. The file called "DeadByDaylight.log" is your log file
