I have an issue with survivors overall and a way to fix it.

Main ponits that i have: Genrushing, effects that are not limited (for example killer perks, addons, powers etc. for healing or even slowing generator progress down is max at 100% … not even that, while survivors which are 4 of them can each equip 4 perks, addons and items that in % it can go over 100% for even 1 survivor and the fact that are 4 of them in one trial, it feels that are not any limits whatsoever. Items are fine but the stacking is a problem. it has no cap whatsoever i feel like that the cap should be at least to 100% overall and not more by any means. plus i think killers could have an 5th perk slot basekit if not then at least make it so that any stacking perk, addon etc. for Literally Anything would have an cap, Cause survivors practicly have no limits and there are 4 of them while there is only one killer in a trial) Also the pallet update is nice for maps like haddonfield and those that didn"t had much pallets but the other maps that were completly fine and didn"t needed them are even worse to play on cause survivors do not think anymore they run to the pallet, running in circles drop it and not even 10 meters and there are 2 other pallets right next to each other. Thats my whole opinion. Survivors are still fun to play as but the lack of limitations feel really awful and even unfair compared to other killers. Even though you are probably not gonna like those ideas just try to think about for a second at least.

They started to balance gameplay around S tier killers. It’s just will get worse over time, I’m pretty sure

But your 5th perk is tunneling or everything else. Don’t listen other people, just play the game effectively on both sides

but think about the other killers not just s tier they need to do something also why do you think that the 5th perk slot is tunneling or everything else ? what do you mean by that? i just wanna know.

It’s just stating fact. I don’t tell is it right move - to balance game around Blight. But it is what happening now.

For 5th perk - it’s a strategy. You genrush and play in sfw as survivor, or tunnel/camp as killer. To get this effectiveness and result. 10 years of this game, this will never change, because it’s people desire to play like this. And I find it logical.

I would be honest, if you are facing actually good survivors even in solo, with new update that changed maps you can’t win without using “unfun” methods on most of the killers. At least it’s what I observe now playing both survivor and killer.
I mean you can fp and still win. The question can you continue to commit this fp against actually good players? Unlikely. But MMR is broken. I can’t be sure am I against good players or lower experience than mine, until 2 gens left or first kill

DBD is a game of contrasts. If you're playing as a survivor and your teammate dies at four gens, you realize it all and are forced to gen rush. It's the same with a killer: if you have one stage on each player and two gens remain without good 3gen, you often realize that continuing the same pace of play will result in a gg.

Your fifth perk is to be able to properly pressure the map from the start regardless of your role. And yes, if you want high results on killer - you either playing S tier, or playing specific A/B killer and master them until in your hands it won't start to shine like an S tier. Or stay on mid, you still can get high KR there

Killers with high mobility can you provide this so called 5th slot, because they base kit tool for pressure

Actually Beautifuly said i really do like your opinion but then the one think they need to do is worse killers around the same level as you mentioned not S but definetly A or B tier

Maybe I’m just tired from waiting of reworking every role/killer power/perk, so I’m low key against it.

The only thing right now I’m craving for is building meaningful MMR and map rotation, as well as work on bugs and server issues. After this adressing Map RGN issue (it’s still bad, we just got more pallets, but it doesn’t mean dead zone doesn’t exist), and providing solo q some info perks. Only after this I’ll be ready to see another rework or buff/nerf. In the meantime, all our changes represent an attempt to wash toxins out of the river, while an entire factory continues to pour waste into the water. I just don’t want to see it anymore.
