Dedicated Server Not Responding - Black Screen on Xbox (-5 grade) for last two days
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: For the last two day I have been experiencing black screens and going "link dead" when my account will "bot out." This has been ruled out as an internet issue. This mostly happens when interacting with the hatch, generators, or hooks. Upon initiating the action, the character will perform that action but then will not be movable. Some instances have a black screen, other's show must character performing the action in perpetuity until I disconnect the game, and other times I'm removed from the game and given a "dedicated server not responding" error plus a -5 penalty to my grade and a timed lockout.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Game crashes when initiating actions, this happened intermittently on friday but on sunday night was happening nearly every match.
