Modify the Tomes and get rid of the "In a single Game" Requirement

Honestly this is part of the reason people get so toxic in this game, when you have a tome that has the requirement of "Get 4 basement kills in a single game" It really makes the gameplay unenjoyable as the killer and survivor. I don't like having to 4k groups in the basement, it is not nice or sportsmanlike because it usually involves having to camp them.

Yes I get the argument that "you don't have to do 100% of the tomes" But I want to do them all and the game should be a more casual setting with the tome quests.
