Once you have signed in, on the right hand side you can use the "report bug" button to be able to fully report the bug you've encountered. Thank you.
HUD doesn't show Hand of Vecna equipped.
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Once, while playing as Vecna, the Survivor HUD failed to indicate that one the Survivors had attuned the Hand of Vecna to themselves. This only happened once, while I was in the middle of using the Fly spell, and I heard one of the voice lines Vecna uses when a Survivor attunes the Hand or Eye to themselves (when he says things like "That is not yours." and whatnot), but the HUD next to the Survivor faces didn't show any of them having the Hand attuned to them in the first place.
Unfortunately I forgot to save the Steam recording of that happening before it got overwritten, but I did remember to take a screenshot of the Survivor with the Hand attuned (but not showing in the HUD), and to save the log before relaunching the game, which I'm attaching to this post.
Also, for the sake of being thorough, I played a bit more to see if the bug happened again, but it didn't. I'm also sending two screenshots of the game working as intended from those tests.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Presumably, using Fly (and maybe other spells?) while a Survivor attunes the Hand (maybe also the Eye?) of Vecna. At least those were the only circumstances under which I was able to observe this bug.
