David King's Glorious Mane head cosmetic is emmisive?

I noticed David's Glorious Mane hair is emmisive and glows in the dark, doesn't look right compared to the icon of the cosmetic and you can't even tell before purchasing it, it just ends up being pay to lose by being a glowing christmas tree while trying to hide.
Reporting it because it doesn't feel intentional because of the icon of the cosmetic showing a single color hair and beard compared to how it looks in game.
