Full Screen Game Does Not Mute Audio When Minimized (Press Windows Key)
A few updates ago, DBD used to automatically mute its audio whenever I pressed the Windows key or minimized the game while playing in fullscreen mode. That was convenient because it prevented the game sounds from continuing in the background when I had to quickly switch to another window.
However, after some recent updates, that behavior seems to have changed. Now, the game no longer mutes when I press the Windows key in exclusive fullscreen, the audio keeps playing in the background. The only time it still mutes is if I’m using borderless fullscreen (fullscreen windowed) or windowed mode, and I either minimize the game or press the Windows key to bring up the desktop.
