You should never be required to watch a mori.

No one is effected by you dcing during a mori, so just allow people to press a button to skip.

    But the killer has to watch a bunch of a-holes teabagging at the exit gate, rubbing their face in the loss, free of any form of penalty while making the entire experience as lame as it can possibly be?

    Until there's a new system built around the idea of 'leave while you can,' I think you're fine to watch a mori animation.
