Sometimes swinging/lunging won't work
Tried 2 different mice it's since about last week, sometimes it doesn't seem to work when I press m1 on killer specifically (had no problem on survivor during repairs and no other problem on games where I'd also notice this like league, apex or war thunder)
Anybody else having issues?

Yeah its been an issue since the spirit patch I think, its as if you didnt hold down M1 and just wanted to execute a short swing (usually resulting in a miss)
The problem with your swing being directed into some kind of obstacle has been introduced with spirits midchapter patch I believe.
Those are killer issues though, so dont expect them to be fixed soon

Are you talking about not being able to swing or lung? I have issues with that too sometimes while playing killer. Like it won't register me going in for the smack and I just awkwardly follow behind them.

No, I don't swing at all. I first thought my mouse was damaged but I have multiple mice here (all logitech) problem is still there.

Yes. That has cost me the hit on many pallets.
It happens when I'm playing Survivor too, especially when trying to unhook. I'll hold M1, but my character won't do anything, so I'll release M1 and the game seems to think I just tapped M1. So it will look like I'm trolling the hooked Survivor and cost precious time going for another attempt to unhook.

Yeah I've had that, I have also been stuck in crouch as survivor a couple of times.

its a console issue too
I lost several times due to this and its not just my controller

I recently started playing Huntress, I run into this issue at least once per game. It happens whenever I am in a chase, sometimes I have to click my mouse 2-5 times to get a hatchet or swing to register. I have lost tons of chases due to not being able to swing or prepare hatchets.

ah, you have the mouse click issue (DbD doesn't cover a thin semi-pixel line at the right edge of your screen when in anything but 100% scaling). Check the technical support forums for an answer. It's a known problem.
