Should perks like Bond and Kindred be mandatory, like preselected for SWFs?

What an elaborate comment.
Let's try to explain it to you:
SWFs almost exclusively using some sort of voice communication to emulate the effect of the perks Bond and Kindred.
Wouldn't it be fair towards other solo survivors if they not just get to use these perks for free but actually equip them?

Oh ok, I think they should indeed implement Kindred as a base, at least the killer part. I don't know about Bond
