Amanda's bear traps
Honestly the traps the way they work right now at least the RNG system to get them off is kinda fine.
However they need to be a little bit more difficult to get off as currently it's basically run to box do simple skill checks get it off.
While I do think how crouching and ambush powers also need some buff and some TLC I'm going to currently be focusing on her reverse bear traps as with the nerf they got they need a little bit of attention.p
1) The addons that increase the chance of a skill check occurring need to be replaced with decreasing the skillcheck success zone
For the most part if a survivor is competent with hitting skill checks having more skill check appear is not going to be difficult and if the survivor is good with skill checks you just basically giving them more greats.
2) Make rule set no.2 baseline and change the add-on to automatically activate the trap without a generator
I don't know if they should be any additional fixed added to the add-on aside from the immediate activation maybe something like survivors are inflicted with the broken status after removing a trap for 30 seconds
3) Increase the killer perk pool that can affect the Jigsaw boxes. ( mainly huntress lullaby and thanatophobia)
At the very least allowance so that huntress lullaby affects the boxes this way if a pig wants to build to have very dangerous traps they can as huntress lullaby does take a lot of work for it to go into full effect.
As for thanatophobia I feel like this will need some ptb testing just to see how abusable it could be but if it's not too overpowered I don't see why it should be added as well injuring 4 people for 16% is quite a task especially when you're not playing Legion or plague
(side note) Third seal is also for debate however similar to thanatophobia it will need some ptb testing and it's a lot easier to apply the full effects then both the other two perks suggested
4) painful search skill checks
Due to the fact that they are painfully bleeding themselves out to get the key. I feel like the skill checks should be distorted in some way may be similar to the effects of Madness.

Am I the only one who almost always has extremely bad luck when it comes to RBTs?
Every since I started playing Jane, I tend to die to bear traps frequently whenever they are placed on me. It's insane on how badly things go for me. Either the boxes are so spread out that I die attempting to run to them, Pig tunnels me in such a way that my timer still goes down even when she's clearly chasing me resulting in my demise, or something else. Something almost ALWAYS goes wrong, and it results in my demise.
To be fair, I've also gotten Skill Checks at extremely bad times and been tunneled + camped by killers. (Killers can't leave me and my fat behind alone apparently. 😥)
The RBTs can actually be very effective if Pig applies the smallest amount of pressure on Survivors trying to use boxes.
Either that, or again just super bad luck as Jane.

Well that's obvious it's because your dummy thicc and your ass cheeks keep clapping alerting the Killer

Are the other Survivors actually taking advantage of the fact that the Pig is focusing down the person with the trap on?
Traps usually lose a lot of their effectiveness if the Pig is just tunneling the trapped Survivor.

Haha, yup. 🤣
(Don't glorify obesity though. 😥 It's amusing, but still...)

I don't know. I think so...? I'm often times attempting to deal with the RBT and can't focus TOO much on anything else.
There was a time where I straight up couldn't leave a locker because the Pig was either always in the area or kept moving past it. I don't remember it too well, I think it was on the Game...?
And my timer was going down the entire time. I died to the RBT or was hooked. I think it was the RBT...
My PSN friend knows about this bad luck and pities me. I believe they were there when it happened.

Huntress lullaby does effect the boxes btw

From what I have heard, it actually does not.

As someone who recently changed to a Nurse main from a Pig main, I agree with all of your points.
I'll also add:
Jigsaw Annotated Plan because they increase the default Jigsaw boxes to 5 and increase the RBT time. This means more stalling with the traps, but they aren't deadly.

When you tunnel trapped survivors you’re not letting the RBT do it’s job. I hate seeing piggys tunnel, they give pig a bad name :( strongly agree with the harder skillcheck instead of frequent skillchecks! A lot of pigs add ones are underwhelming, I usually use the one that gives an extra trap and combat straps every game. Also I’d like love to see an add on that increased crouch speed

@bubbascal if the Pig yesterday blocked me off a box, i would've been dead. Luckliy for me she decided to ignore me thus i could get the trap off and escape :3

Just throwing some suggestions for helping the Pig into the discussion.
Rule Set No. 2 should be implemented as part of Pigs base kit and replaced with:
Heart Monitor Trigger - Ultra Rare
Reverse Bear Traps become active with no timer after a survivor with one attached is unhooked. Once a survivor with an Active RBT is killed or sacrificed, all other active RBT's Trigger.
-Tremendously increases the time it takes a survivor to search Jigsaw Boxes.
-Considerably increases skill check difficulty when a survivor searches a Jigsaw Box.
"His heart stops, you die!" - Amanda Young
Amanda's Letter should be changed to either reduce the time on the only RBT it gives her to 60 seconds, or not decrease the amount of jigsaw boxes in the trial grounds. It could also use a 24m aura reading as opposed to the 12m range it currently has, increase her ambush speed and distance, or just remove the roar until she is already moving.
The point of Ultra Rare add-on's is that they give the killer a massive advantage or change the way the killer uses their power. Currently her 2 UR add-on's are painfully under-powered or mostly useless.
Other than those changes to the UR add-on's, Jigsaw boxes should only feature skill check windows without the Great skill check zones. The boxes already only take 12 seconds to search (17.2 with Crate of gears + bag of gears combo), and when a survivor nails all the great skillchecks they can reduce their search to only 7 seconds. This doesn't really put pressure on survivors. Likewise her add-on's that increase skillcheck chances should also reduce the skillcheck success zones, because these add-on's are useless otherwise and often help survivors search faster by providing more great skillcheck chances. If the Boxes had no "Great" zones this change to her skillcheck chance add-on's would be more viable at adding pressure and at least moderately increasing the skillcheck difficulty.
