Does anyone play for honor? And what's the online like does it have alot of players?
Does anyone play for honor? And does it have alot of players playing on pvp modes? Cause I just got it for free.

A. No not many, however since a new character just got release there may be a bit of a spike in player count. Mind you I also play PS4 so this may vary.
I have played this game since day 1 release up to season 4, skipped season 5, came back for season 6 and the newer releases that have just come out. I have played every mode extensively (preferring 1v1 pvp) and have gotten my overall rep in the mid 300s along with a few seasons of mid Diamond ranking in ranked mode. Take my experience how you will but the following will be my opinion of the game.
I will say that sadly if you prefer the 1v1 style fighting in this game it is horribly ignored by the Devs. I'm not saying this as some random person on the internet complaining but the Devs have actually said on stream they are primarily focused on the 4v4 modes and 1v1 is simply an extra.
For me this has ruined the game and made it stale as the 4v4 mode (while fun for a bit) becomes a game of gank fest. The mode literally deteriorates into who has the most spammable move and how many people are spamming it. It is boring AF.
1v1 can be a ton of fun for awhile but the balance issues between each characters moveset becomes apparent (what I mean is you can tell characters are designed mostly with 4v4 modes in mind).
The single player campaign was alright but it did do an ok job of helping you understand some of the basics. This game is simple in its mechanics but has some very rewarding moments once you master a characters intricacies.
Final verdict- I loved the game at launch and up till around season 4, but lost interest with the games direction after this (I primarily played 1v1 pvp). To me the game has not reclaimed my interest even after the most recent string of updates/characters.
You got it for free so I would still highly recommend giving it a try as my personal experience with the game may not fit your definition of fun and enjoyment, and even with all that aside I guarantee you will get a few weeks of fun out of the game regardless of your final overall verdict.
