Should Doctor's base power be improved to the level of moldy electrode?

Doctor is a harder killer to play (but fun). A few people have suggested that his base power should be increased to the level it is with molder electrode (A brown add on that increases the range by 25% at an increased charge up time of 10%). Thus, moldy electrode would be removed or changed to something else and his base power would be a tiny bit better.

At loops and windows, the tiny increase in distance is very key to helping him catch survivors. This tiny buff could help him out quite a bit and not for free (good play still requires excellent precision with shocks and timings).

No- Leave the Doctor's base power alone. I feel like it is where it should be.

    Yes- the Doctor's base power should be at the level of moldy electrode and moldy electrode should be changed to do something else.

    A brown add-on shouldn't be necessary for a killer's power to be good. It's fine if it's good for certain builds (like Boyfriend's Memo or Ghost) but you pretty much need moldy electrode unless you're doing sniper doc or something.
