Quickly moving off of a gen should have a smoother 'dismount'

I'm sick and tired of always getting a skill check as soon as I move off of a gen for whatever reason. I think if you're on the gen for a set amount of time (30 secs) skill checks triggered when you're off of the gen should be ignored.

The skill check was triggered while you were still on the generator. Latency causes what you experienced. Just hide when the Killer comes to check the generator (if he comes to check it) and wait for him to leave.

Doesn't have to be that high. Even 100 ms is enough. You just need to be "lucky".

How about a fixed animation like killers have when kicking the gen?
