Does Buckle Up Trump Knock Out?

The recovery progress of dying Survivors can be determined by the intensity of their Auras at a distance of up to 48 meters.
When you heal a Survivor from the dying state to the injured state, both the healed Survivor and yourself see the Killer's Aura for 4/5/6 seconds.
I recently started playing with Buckle Up for fun. I know Empathy, Bond, and Open Handed all trump Knock Out, but would Buckle Up allow me to see downed Survivors at 48 meters instead of Knock Out's 16? It would be nice if it does.

Empathy and bonds trump knock out because they're not the downed aura they completely separate.
Open handed simply increases your aura reading range so it reduces the restriction that knockout implement
Buckle up is most likely tied to the downed state aura so I doubt it would trump knockout

Nah, it just changes how the aura looks, it doesn't raise its priority.

That sucks. The perk meant to counter slugging gets beaten by a slug-based build.

If it was going to fully counter slugging it would have to be separated from the downed state aura like with empathy and bonds

It's good against slugging that's not intended. Like slugging the third survivor to get a 4man.
