Tome 2 Rift unlockables: Will you be getting premium?
Just watched a video which revealed all the rewards on the Tome 2 Rift. I must say, I am definitely sticking by my promise of not getting premium.
The re-colours feel half-hearted. Although I do think the re-coloured Clown and Hag skins look good, I already have better skins for those killers.
The other cosmetic bits and pieces don't stand out.
All the charms are just trash in my opinion. Completely pointless. In fact, I prefer not having them in DBD. I wouldn't use them even if they were all free. I think they're tacky and take away from the 'horror' atmosphere.
I brought the first premium pass and found the grind to complete the rift a chore. I did get to tier 70 with all challenges completed, but I did not enjoy getting there.
I spent the cells I accumulated.
The best thing on the new Rift is the Clown Elephant costume and that's on the free pass.
Now there is no pressure to grind or do challenges before the time expires. I am not going to lose sleep over it. Much more relaxing.
What do you think of the new unlockables? Will you guys be getting the pass?

I mean i already bought the last one and since buying one complete set of cosmetics is all 1000 aruic cells can really get you id rather just get multiple cosmetics from the premium as i get to tier 70, which i defiantly will get to.

I didn't want to take part in this rift as the challenges in the last one sometimes sucked the fun from the game and made it frustrating.
That said, that Feng cosmetic....
It was a really dirty move making the last piece of that require lvl 70 to unlock.

well the challenges are easier to do this time round, shame they arent more focused on the 4 characters a bit more tbh, we still have random perk challenges in there and very basic challenges, but it is free stuff since you get cells back. i do hope they make it less of a grind in the future due to the lobby times which is where i spent most of my time, luckily i took a month break ready to grind again. for anyone curious i believe you need to do 30tiers of gameplay if you do every challenge. (every challenge = 40 tiers)

The charms are kind of pointless... you can't really see them on survivors. And over time the charm pool will become too over crowded really to mean anything.
But how was it a chore to get to level 70 rift?.. You get there by just playing the game.

I didn't spend my cells.. I'm gonna buy it once, like I did and use that same thousand cells for every rift. That will reduce the cost of every cosmetic with every new rift that comes out. Big brain play there.

You telling me you don't like that Clown cosmetic?... At least you can get the head on the free part of the rift. I can't wait to dangle that in front of meg... she's gonna like the size of my new trunk.

I am fine with just getting the Elephant mask and body suit and leaving it at that.

Nah, I just want the Clown Elephant cosmetic and that's it. Charms aren't as good this time, the New Year Lantern doesn't stick out to me as much as the Blight Vial. I'll just get my Clown costume and I'm out.

Yeah, I’ll be getting it. I enjoy the progression and there are quite a few cosmetics within that I want.
There’s at least three recolors (Clown, Hag, Huntress) that I considered getting during the Black Friday sale. Would’ve cost 2,000+ then so this is a deal to me and I know I play enough to finish to Tier 70.
