Is there a way to drop items and drop survivors as a killer in ps4? Sorry I am new to his game

    Not sure what you mean by drop items. As for survivors, if you are trying to carry a downed survivor to a hook and you need to drop them, hit circle.

    To drop a survivor or drop the item that you are currently holding as a survivor, hit circle! :)
