    I would say with changes to ranks (that dont matter that much anyway) rank 7-8 is a middle tier. With Ranks 1-3 being high tiers and rank 13-15 being low tiers.(+ ofc 16-20)

    Rank 12 is pretty low since you cant drop below 15 anymore
