Borrowed Time

Twice now I have unhooked someone with borrowed time and the killer hit and downed them within 3 seconds of unhooking.


Why isn't borrowed time working?

    If you have borrowed time, when someone who doesn't have it unhooks you, you get its effects, too?


    It seems unfair to me that if I run borrowed time, others benefit from it and I don't.

    If you're stuck with a dbag camping killer, you have no choice but to let him stab you, then unhook the survivor before he can stab again. Often this results in you being downed.

    Then when you're hooked, if someone unhooks you, you're assed out.


    I think if you have unhooked someone with borrowed time, the perk should also work when the person running it is unhooked.

    Well no, BT is fine as is. Not giving any bonus to your personal survivability is the entire risk reward of it.

    i always thought it was weird that undetectable or whatev deletes BT

    BT only activates if you hear the heartbeat.

    If you went against Freddy or any of the other meme perks/killers, then BT won't work which is absolutely bogus as BT was implemented to punish campers (proxy camping is really only needed during EGC).

    Agreed. You can have a useless perk slot because the killer is using a camping build, the thing BT is meant to counter. I would love to see BT changed.
