Delete All High-Tier Offerings

Now that players can Alt+F4 during loading screens, and it does not screw anyone else over to do so (i.e. by starting the match with only 3/4 survivors), it is becoming normalised to dodge lobbies based on offerings (because it is seen as no harm, no foul). I haven't seen a mori match load in, in a while. Black or White Hand offerings fully loading in are also rarities, from what I've seen.

So, why bother keeping powerful offerings in the game?

Plus they dont even know for sure it's a mori. Chances are it is, but who cares, you waited 10 minutes to get a match as survivor just play.

  • True true also if it is a mori most likely its spurit meaning youll be faster death then rebooting the game

I think if you want all high rarity add-ons deleted, you're taking the game too seriously.

Dbd is best as a casual game not a competitive one.

What I was trying to point out, was that they've basically already been deleted in every way except being deleted from the game files. The OP title is clickbait, to be sure, but the content is this.

    Also, offerings, not add-ons.

I played a shroud of separation once and someone left. The amount of childish babies in this community is astronomical.

Yeah I did the same, and decided to do an experiment.

I did 30 matches with Shroud of separation:

22/30 or 73.33% of my matches were closed due to a survivor quitting during the loading screen

8/30 or 26.67% of my matches were normal, and no one quit.

There is a lot of people that will quit a match based on the possibility of a mori being present, even though there may not be a mori.

A lot of DBD players think they should be able to choose what they face. It's like they've never played a game where the opponent can use whatever they want to win.

The powerful offerings should just be hidden completely. If a hidden offering is in play, the opposing side should have no idea. Moris shouldn't be shown, hands on either side don't need to be shown. The shrouds are pretty pointless, survivors start all together half the time without burning anything, and really the killer one should be to start all survivors together, not separated.

Ohmigod, usually I'm the only one I ever see say this! Yay! Someone else besides me likes dying horribly. :)

I got a better idea, just don't show the offerings! Problem solved.
