I heard people saying there is no patch today. Or have i missed something?
Edit: Well.. apparently the patch is released today, but the rift starts from tomorrow

No one knows for sure. It could be it could not be the devs haven't confirmed.
All we know is there is a trailer at 9 that fog whisperers will be premiering on their streams.

Can you provide a source that specifically said that the patch and Tome will be released together? It's not that I don't believe you but if it has been said "over and over" then you can provide a direct link.

When they said come out, I think they just meant relatively close. While they are releasing on different days it's only a one day difference so it doesn't seem all that off putting. I just don't think we should always expect it on the same exact day.
