A question about the rift/tome rewards

OK so I bought the premium pass for the first tome. I reached level 70 so I got my 1080 Auric cells back. My question is this...
Will the tome pass stay the same? Can I keep using these 1080 Auric cells so that provided I get to level 70 in each one I'll always be able to get the premium pass and its rewards?

That's how they said you could do these premium rifts, yes.
Buy once and max it out everytime, and you can buy every next one for free.
There's been no word on this no longer being the case.

This next tome will still cost 1000 cells. As long as the price and intended rewards doesn't change from the first tome, you will be able to keep using those same 1000 cells to buy the Rift every mid-chapter 😁
