That’s why people complain about Ebony Mori, you get downed, get tunnelled and you’re out of the game in about 2 minutes 👎I enjoy watching mori’s though, kinda wish they only activate on the survivor’s last hook. For Killers, add extra points when you mori survivors which goes towards your sacrifice category.

You also shouldnt depip if you go against toolboxes. Especially if they do the gens in 4 minutes.

The killer shouldn't depip if the survivors get out using keys.

    But... the circumstances are different.

A killer can spawn next to a survivor, down them in thirty seconds (as someone bragged about in another post and I've done myself) and hook them then mori them right off the hook. That single survivor has thus been denied nearly any points (probably will leave the match with 3/4 thousand points which is garbage).

In order for survivors to get the hatch certain conditions have to be met first:

For all four survivors to escape using a key that means they got all the gens done. That should have provided the killer time to chase, hook, kick gens, etc. Getting all the gens done takes a good minute (not as long as it used to).

For three survivors to escape all but one gen have to be done so again... plenty of time for killer to play the game as normal and get lots of points.

For two survivors to escape there have to be three gens done and two left but at this point the killer could have gotten six hooks and the points the killer got would depend on how they played during the game. (I find this being the most likely scenario where a killer could get the least amount of points.)

For one survivor to escape through the hatch EVERYONE else has to be dead meaning a full game played out and the killer should have gotten ample points.

A better argument would be... neither survivor or killer should depip when someone (or everyone) is mori'd because the killer did their objective but the survivor was denied their ability to do anything and taken out of the game extremely early (if they were the first one caught and hooked and in some instances even the second one caught/hooked and for real potatoes all of them - just the whole team caught early and hooked - it happens xD).

People always talk about how easy it is to pip up. Just take the depip and move on.
