Make the Chapters Survivor Chapters
When I first bought the game and all the DLC´s it wasn´t the great choice of Survivors that lured me but the choice of playing a killer or playing against a killer. Whenever a new Chapter is announced it´s not the new Survivor who hypes me but it´s the new Killer, for the same reason I first bought the game.
After playing nearly 1K hours (I know this isn´t much to some but for others it is) I came to realize that the game actually isn´t about the Killers but all about the Survivors. Playing Killer ist stressful and frustrating compared to playing Survivor. I know, since the Killer is the brand that´s selling the Product it should be the other way around but it isn´t.
That´s why I really think that upcoming chapters shouldn´t be about a new Killer any longer but they should be about a new Survivor, featuring a new Killer and Map. Since many players are complaining about how weak some Killers actually are or how bad they got nerfed the time might have come to introduce Survivors as the new Face of the Merch instead Killers.
I don´t know... what do you think ?

Survivors are all the same just a different skin. Each killer has a different ability that affects their own unique game style. That is why the chapters are killer based and not survivor based

I know... but it seems that the killer actually doesn´t matter since they´re either weak to start with or they get nerfed until they´re potatos. So the game is actually about Survivors and not about Killers and therefore it should advertise new Chapters with the Face of a new Survivor who´s going to be part in the band of heros and not with a new killer who´s just gonna be a face in the crowd of potential losers.

You obviously are, you are saying that giving killers fun and unique powers is for the survivors' benefit and no other reason.

No it´s not gonna fix Killer Problems, but it´d help to better understand DbD which obviously isn´t really about great Killers but about great Survivors. The way it is now is like selling a steak with peas but when you unpack the meal you have a chicken nugget and a pound of peas.... you know what I mean ?

Nah. Chapters based on Emotes. Each chapter adds a new emote based on the personality from the backstory of the survivor and killer.
Each chapter gives a new killer and survivor emote.
Can't wait to get teabagged by a Ghostface as he dabs on my bleeding corpse.

I see what you mean, but i'd rather see the focus on the new mechanics of the Killer than what next Survivor will use the same old Survivor template.
Heck, i'd rather see the focus on the new map for a new chapter than the next Survivor.

Yeah but... Look at it this way. A new DLC is announced (Killer/Survivor/Map)... the Killer of this new DLC turns out to be either to weak which makes him/her no fun to play or he/she will get nerfed into a potato within two weeks which makes him/her no more fun to play. It´s obvious that DLC´s are not really meant to be enjoyed by the Players who play Killers but it´s supposed to bring joy and fun to the Main Survivors. So why when a new DLC is being announced even show off the new Killer in complicated cinematics to sell the DLC ??? Make it Survivor themed chapters that show off the new Survivor in a cinematic... The wayy it is now is that the Killer is always the primary object of interest when a new DLC is about to be released... secondary is the Survivor, at last there is the Map. It should be the other way around... Survivor first, then Map or Killer, doesn´t really matter since it´s all about bringing Joy to the Survivor players anyway.

And they´re already requested to be nerfed, just lke any other Killer and they will be... maybe not tomorrow and maybe not next week but they will be nerfed
