Played several matches now that it did work when i needed it badly. Anyone else? Is it his madness power that deactivates it or is it just a bug im having?

  It's a bug. BHR will fix it soon.

  There is a bug currently, it seems to not work with madness skill checks. There will probably be a hot fix soon, hang tight until then.
