I am a little bothered by the lack of the Addons immersion!
There is one think that bothers me as killer. Its nothing huge and nothing important but my autism is kicking in and makes me feel uncomfortable with that:
These are only two examples of many!
So how is rin weaing both shoes if I stack those addons? Or how does trapper use both setting tools at once to set a trap? Or two bulbs in one flashlight?
Would it be cool to have a RPG like equipment system for the addons? E.g. Rin would have a shoe slot and a sword slot and something else (dont know every addon). I know that it will NEVER be implemented by the devs but still I think it would be kinda funny.

I dont know dude! Trapper is burning his trap setting tools to set traps quicker? Hillbilly is burning rusted chains instead of equiping them and getting the same effect? Sure there are killer with addons more like talismans, but there are also killer that have addons with clear usage!
it is even said in the addons description of the chains that they apply bad wounds that take long to heal, so they are clearly for equiping instead of burning!

The trapper can only carry 4 traps so using both bag add-ons is beneficial, yes it stacks for you to carry more traps. Even using wax brick with and serrated jaw is beneficial makes it harder for the survivors to escape from the trap and gives you more time to catch and hook them.
Back to what you was saying or asking yes it stacks and makes it more fun and easier to be the killer. I use to think the game just would use one or the other and it wouldn't make a difference. I was wrong and it does stack
