Seriously how exactly do I do this because some of the discussions I make don't really go anywhere because most people don't feel like discussing them or too lazy to really read.

If I make a discussion that doesn't really go anywhere I might as well delete the thing.

    you literally edit the discussion, delete everything and write "discussion closed" instead. thats it.

    That will do the trick. At the very least, everyone will know the discussion is over. (And, a mod may come over and fully close it at some point.)

    Ask a mod, like use the @ method to get their attention then just ask. MandyTalk deleted my duplicate when I simply asked her to! Try it! :)
