One of the lawyers on the Friday the 13th case Lary Zerner (also in part 3) put on twitter the other day that there will be an oral argument on February 13th which could see a decision made which also means dbd could go for the licence.

Theyve dealt with, and brought this case up multiple times. It was "dealt with" about a year ago, and then someone appealed. It's not gonna be fully settled for a long time. Even then, jason would do....what exactly? Trapper with freddy teleport?
They abandoned the breaking walls killer ages ago due to its limitations. I dont see it happening soon, or in a decent way for him to be in this game without either mechanical changes, or him being another clone.

I wouldn't get your hopes up. If they couldn't come to an agreement a decade ago I doubt they'll come to a agreement next month

Yeah the break walls is in the game files I have a feeling they're testing it for if they get jason. Seems more likely now than ever.

I hope not.. I am so done with licence chapters. Not saying that demogorgon was bad, the stranger things chapter was probably one of the coolest and best but I want to see more original Killers since EVERY single original chapter was just AMAZING from the design team!

They said themselves that just about anything is on the table, including Jason, he's in possibility if the court deal is stated and the licensing and ownership issues is fixed.

Also, we had "leaks" before that were wrong.
And again, hed still be a clone. A M1 that goes through walls. Well NEVER have complaints about that....looking at you, killer shack and every other lovable thing or building in game.
Lastly, if that IS the case, then we need xenomorph. That was another one they used "changing game mechanics and environments " prevented from happening.

Who cares what he does? Jason is pretty much the last big horror movie franchise killer this game doesn't have. We have all the classics except Jason. Regardless of what he does, he's an icon and deserves to be next to that of Freddy, Michael, and Leatherface.

I honestly highly doubt it'd ever happen, even with him being my number one wanted killer.
