Basically cuz you can only see ur weapon while survivors see everything... I want to enjoy my outfit not survivors 🤦🏻♂️

You can see some of the outfit, the arms mostly.
It’s also visible during mori’s.
Spend your money how you want to, if you don’t think it’s worth your money, that’s your opinion and I can respect it.

You see it in the menus. You also see the body/feet in game at times.
The head and back are the only things you won't see.

You can see it for a couple of seconds when the match starts. Also, with a certain cosmetic on clown you can see his jiggly belly as you look down. Other than that, yeah I agree that killer cosmetics are mostly pointless

Why do you buy your clothes in real life if you're in first person? Damn, we should all be naked all the time! What's the purpose of having clothes?! I know there's mirrors, but if I can't see myself fully all the time then it's useless! Clothes are also a scam in real life!
Edit: Damn! I just realized how useless it is that I have a beard! I can't even see it!

you can watch you outfit all day long outside a match. You can also take pictures of it and pin in in a corner of your monitor to watch it while playing.
Otherwise I would recommend only buying the killers' weapon in your case.
To see the full killer outfit you would need a 3rd person view for killers. Believe me - not gonna happen

You can see it at the beginning of the match, the end game screen, during a mori, and in the lobby.
You knew this already. Everyone who plays the game knows this. You are not being tricked into believing you can see it during a match. So there is no scam. People buy these cosmetics of their own free will knowing these facts.

Yeah depending on the character. Pig/Trapper/Huntress/LF/Wraith and more are first person for the killer.
I think everything since Spirit has been 3rd person though right? 🤔

The reason why killers are 1st person and survivors and in 3rd person is because they wanted to put the killer in a disadvantage and so that survivors would have a camera advantage
