Survivors, Stop complaining about my "NOED crutch"
Maybe you if guys spent a little less time gen rushing and a little more time cleansing totems, you wouldn't let me 4k with NOED. Just got out of a game where 2 gens popped before the first hook (took about 90 seconds) then a third popped 30 seconds later.
But when end game happened i had a hook and they finished the last gen just as a n uninjured guy was pulling off the hook. So i got him down, saw the other 3 on BBQ, one started cleansing NOED, downed them, waited for the guy on hook to die then grabbed the down one. What do i see 2 people on BBQ screwing around, so i down one at the gate, hook him, find the last with BBQ, and finish the game with a 4K. What am i greated with?
OMG BABY KILLER NEED NOED WAAAAAA
Cleanse totems next time baby survivors, and maybe you wouldn't run into NOED.

It's okay if you need NOED to 4k. There's nothing wrong with not being good at a video game.

Honestly, I think the game for survivors SHOULD become more dangerous after gens are done, not less. I really think it's time to take another look at end-game and move it up to when the last gen is done and not when the gates are opened because everyone 99% them. Survivors have this idea that because they got all the gens on they are entitled to a free escape. Currently it's just not pressuring them enough and they feel too safe. NOED is the only surprise killers have left and it's been watered down so many times already.

Now, how can you tell if a killer is good or not if you don't have time to properly play against them because of some maps and the gen speed?

Good point. Devour is the closest as it's a surprise middle game NOED causing tension but usually destroyed quickly after activation. I'm surprised people don't complain about Devour more, maybe because nobody uses it. Make Your Choice isn't surprising as it tells you (and the killer is far away). Spirit Fury is good but yeah, only with Enduring. Bamboozle is like Iron Maiden once they know it's not so good. Bloodwarden would be good if every group didn't 99% gates now.

Being honest even as someone who has never used NOED I can't blame for using itpeople after the ruin rework sense maps/gen speed are big issues atm and NOED can help even that out.
The moment Maps get adjusted/gen speeds get adjusted/Second main objective is added to slow down the game then there is no excuse in using NOED.
Also if your wondering I play 50/50 surv/killer and NOED isn't even that much of an issue as a survivor if you bother to do totems at all.

Noed should be part of the base kit. The ending of the match should be the most tense part (as the whole match ramps up the tension as gens get completed). instead, its just time for toxicity and teabagging.

I don't see a problem with NOED. It makes the end game more fun for me as a survivor.

Tbh if a Killer is getting looped for a while I assume theyre trash and run NOED so I cleanse all the totems. Most of the time it's the right call.

okay gen rushing isn’t a thing! It’s literally the only survivor objective so what would you like? We wait 3-5 min while killer gets comfy and then start gens? Do you see how incredibly stupid it sounds out loud? How dare you rush to do your objective in the game, you need to wait so it’s fair. Stupid.

I agree, it isn't a thing. It is the survivors completing their objective, just like killers tunneling and camping are just doing their objective. People just need to suck it up and not complain.

When I see that all 4 survivors have toolboxes and 2 of them have BNP. Yeah. That's gen rushing.

That is exactly how I feel. It raises the stakes and makes the end so much more exciting. Every time the gate gets powered and there’s 4 of us left and the killer hits someone and they don’t have it I get a bit disappointed
