The Problem with 2 kills/2 escapes
Its simple:
As a killer you usually pip if you get a 3k while not skipping a phase (9 hooks).
As a Survivor it does not matter if you surive or Die. If you loop the killer for some time, unhook 1 or 2 mates do some gens with coop work and you easy pip. You can even get a dubble Pip without surviving.
So whats if you lose first chase as a killer? 2-3 gens pop. You got no hook, youre mostly playing for a blank pip if survivors arent fooling around.
If you lose first chase as a survivor? you have 2 chances left and your mates get massive points for rescuing you.

Kills aren't related to pipping as a killer anymore. You don't actually have to get a single kill to pip. Furthermore, the way the game works pipping and gaining rank is pointless.

Killers receive more bloodpoints than survivors.
Killers tend to average around 100K a game, while survivors average around 6K-10K - killers can get through multiple bloodwebs (depending on level), while survivors can usually only get a single item. It makes the grind on the survivor side difficult and tedious, especially for newer players.

Yes emblem system bad...we've heard it all before.

"Killers tend to average around 100K a game"
MMPH

Are you misinformed or something? The max a killer can get if they play perfectly and have bbq is 64,000 BP a match.
The average tends to be around from 25,000 to 28,000

Maybe they included bp offerings?

Unless its a blood hunt(X2 BP event) or BPS/Pudding offerings no its not possible.
If I am remembering correctly most BP offering don't get doubled by BBQ.

The only BP offerings that can boost that are bloody part streamers and bloody gateus. And I doubt you see those every game
0 -
Furthermore those bonuses are applies to everyone in the match

I'm pretty sure the average is 22K.

The other guy said 100k average for killer which isn't possible to be an average as it requires very specific offerings or the double BP event happening for killers to get anywhere near 100k let alone past it enough to make it the average.
1 -
Killers average 100k BP per game. Are you assuming a bloody party streamer, survivor pudding, and 4 stacks of BBQ per killer game. If 100k is the average what is the high?

the hard cap for BBQ BP gains without either 100% BP to all categories offerings or the event is 64k as the normal cap is 32k which is doubled to 64k.
I don't get where your numbers are coming from as MOST BP offerings don't get doubled meaning even with green single category one the cap is 72k(64k +8k = 72k).

That isn't the average tho, is it :/

No it isn't average. The guy has absolutely no idea what a killer averages and threw out the max possible number in a perfect world situation to make his point and for some reason people are humoring it.

Even if they did, they didn't include any BP offerings or the perk 'We are going to Live Forever' for survivors. Comparing killer and survivor Bloodpoint gain by using the killers bloodpoint gain when they get a perfect 32k Bloodpoints, with 4 stacks of BBQ and a survivor Pudding or Bloody Streamer offering as an average, and then survivors Bloodpoint gain when not using any way to increase Bloodpoint gain, is not a fair comparison at all. Even more so when you consider that the average Bloodpoint gain of survivors definitely isn't 8-10k. At least for me it's 15-20k, and for killer it's probably around 25-30K. 32K Bloodpoints is the max, not the average.
Honestly saying killers average Bloodpoint gain is 100K and survivors average Bloopoint gain is 8-10K is just a hilarious misinformation.

Others have pointed out how wrong this hyperbole is but I have one other thing to add:
It's almost like the killer (1) is playing against four(4) survivors. Of course killer is going to average more BPs per game than a survivor. It'd be backwards if they had the power role, control of the match and it's pacing, AND the exact same BP gain as killer.
that's also not counting the fact that survivors can keep items and even FIND MORE in a match while killers strictly lose their addons every single game without an offering. They need to have higher average of BP/match to keep up with that kind of addon economy. Survivors can quite literally find the most expensive and strong items in the game with addons for free without spending a single BP to do it.

I don't know where you're getting those figures from, but all I know is I earn at most 30k for playing doc because I run distressing on him, about 20k for any other killer. Playing as survivor, I'll get a bit less than 20k everytime.
Killers do get more bloodpoints, but I haven't seen THAT massive of a difference.

That makes a lot more sense. Thanks for the info.

Yea you got the numbers pretty close.

That is the most ideal match I've ever seen o.o
The sad thing is if the killer was red ranks they wouldn't even pip.
